OUR DELIVERY TERMS WITHIN DUBAI

1. Same day delivery 7 days a week within 3 hours.
2. Saturday to Thursday 10am to 10 pm, Friday 3pm to 10pm.
3. Orders over 600 dhs free delivery
4. Orders under 600 dhs delivery charge is 25 dhs.
5. Any order placed after 10pm will delivered on the next day.
6. Cash on delivery Only( payment upon visa card not available)
7. Friday delivery only Dubai & Sharjah

OUTSIDE DUBAI CITY

1. 6 working day delivery (Friday closed)
2. Any order placed before 9.00 PM will be delivered on next day.
3. Order placed before 1 pm will be delivered same day
4. Order placed after 1 pm on Thursday to Friday will be delivered on Saturday.
5. Cash on delivery. Over 700dhs free delivery.

OUTSIDE CITY AREA

1. Delivery within 3 days (Friday closed)
2. More than 180km far from Dubai areas are 50 dhs will be an additional charge.

LOCAL PICK-UP

1. Available 7 days a week
2. Order can be picked up from 1.00 pm to 9.30pm.
3. For the local pick-up option, we accept cash only.
4. We will contact you for the exact pick-up location.
